My session with Paola allowed me to highlight a long standing issue, and to take it head on.
It was great (and very uncomfortable, but thankfully temporary!) to see how something I have been brushing off for such a long time, was actually very active in my life. I have some more work to do on the issue, but as the saying goes “awareness is key”. I will keep working on this issue with my oils until I can be free of it.
